Ribbon Necklace

I saw one of these and thought they were way cute, so I decided to try and make one. They are super easy and super cheap! The cost on everything was around $3!

I have been wanting to make this forever. I love it! I used an old frame that I found in my grandpas basement, scrap book paper for the backing and then some netting on top to hold the earrings.
