I met Allisa in November, and shortly after meeting her, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor that was untreatable. To read her story go here. She passed away on Friday, January 6, 2012. Her families posts are so inspiring, what a strong family. I had the opportunity to help make a quilt for her, I love making quilts for people that need comfort.
