Little Knitted Leggings

Awhile ago I had a list of 25 things to do before I turn 25, I still have a bunch to finish... Maybe I will add 5 more and do them by the time I am 30.

Even though I missed my deadline I am still working on finishing all of them. I learned to knit from my Grandma Walker. I just love her, she is such a great example and I have learned so much from her!

I made these little leggings for baby photo shoots. I don't really have a baby to test the size, so hopefully they work. The first one took me like a month and then I was able to finish the other one in a couple of hours. I use to hate knitting, now it is not too bad!

City of Rocks!

Cole got off at 4 on a Saturday, so we wanted to go somewhere, and this is where we ended up. We got their at 7 and it was already dark. We ended up taking night photos, until we heard the coyotes surrounding us.

There was still snow at the top, so we car camped. I love my car, when I was buying it I had to make sure all of the seats laid flat so I could take furniture for photos, but really I wanted to car camp in it!

For breakfast we made some eggs and after we got started we realized we forgot to bring utensils, I found one plastic knife under my seat and we used it for all of the cooking and eating!

It was a way short trip, we left by 10 am to get to church, but it was a lot of fun. With Cole in school and working every day we don't get to see each other much.

An Ordinary Lunch in the Parker House

So I am a little obsessed with cooking lately (more so than usual.....). And I am even more obsessed with taking photos of it with my phone! Good ol' Hipstamatic! I was pretty excited about this sandwich! Homemade bread with homemade pepperoncinni's baked inside.... Layered with ham, thinly sliced red onions, tomatoes..... Is your mouth watering yet? Spinach, provolone cheese, salt and pepper and a lightly fried egg! Served with homemade pickle spears! Mmmmm... I know I am a nerd! Hahah.... Because Cole just called me that after reading my description of the sandwich. Oh and it was all smashed in a Panini Press....or a George Forman.
